Oregon has a few statewide and/or regional coalitions and networks where peer support is championed. Leaders and constituents are asking what people want to see in a statewide peer coalition. Ideas? Examples? Let's talk.

Rather than spend so much energy reacting to public policy and/or legislation that proposes to remove, reduce, or violate civil rights - why not put that energy into some constructive innovation and bring a counter-proposal into the discussions. Find a way to create a win-win-win! Win for providers (e.g. less stress, less workload, greater effectiveness), win for the public (e.g. less costs, better communities, etc.), and win for the consumers (e.g. timely, responsive, effective care and support, integration, flexibility, choice, quality of life, etc.)
